This
\n Conference will be the 21st in a series of very successful conferences
\non Thermophysical Properties held in Europe since 1968.
The 21st
\nconference is organized by the Institute of Experimental Physics at the
\nTU Graz, Austria, and will take place in the Physics building, postal
\naddress Petersgasse 16, 8010 Graz.
The objective of the conference is
\n to provide a forum for academic and industrial researchers to meet and
\nexchange valuable experiences in the field of thermophysical properties
\nfor a wide variety of systems covering fluids and solids. The conference
\n will concentrate mainly on measurement, theory and modeling of the
\nfollowing properties and materials.
Properties: thermal conductivity,
\n diffusivity, electrical conductivity, viscosity and nonNewtonian
\nproperties, mass-diffusion and thermodiffusion, optical and radiative
\nproperties including emissivity, reflectivity and absorptivity,
